Where to begin? We just signed up with AT&T 2 months ago. First, we were mailed a defective modem. Then, the second modem we received had terrible connections, so on three different occasions a Technician had to be sent to the house. The first bill I received was OVER priced because we couldn't even utilize the internet the first month due to the modem defects. Now, the second bill I just received (which should have been my regular monthly internet payment of around $30.00) somehow turned into a $230 payment. This doesn't work for me, and it's unacceptable.
