Very Bad! I have the Elite plan which is supposed to give me 6.0 down 768 up and i am only getting 2.81 down .64 up! I mean the customer service is a joke 9 to 5 weekdays only! everybody is at work at that time. I just ordered comcast high speed and can not wait for them to come to install it! Plus their customer service is very friendly and helpful!
